The purpose of a boundary survey is to establish the boundary lines of a new parcel of land, or to re-establish the boundary lines of an existing parcel of land. Along with staking the property corners, we also provide a drawing.
Topographic surveys are used to identify and map the contours of the ground and existing features on the surface of the earth or slightly above or below the earth's surface (i.e. trees, buildings, streets, walkways, manholes, utility poles, retaining walls, etc.).
Interested in property development? We assist the engineers that design sustainable urban and rural subdivisions, for commercial and residential developments, according to state and local government development principles.
An ALTA Survey is a detailed survey performed by a registered licensed surveyor, prepared in accordance with the standards specified by the American Land Title Association (ALTA) and National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS). An ALTA Survey shows the boundaries of the property, the location of improvements on the subject property, including any and all structures, fences, utility lines, roads, etc., along with the location of any/all easements.
Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), otherwise known as “drones,” are among the most important technological advances that have been introduced to the land surveying industry in quite some time. These small, ultra-light weight aircraft can be piloted by remote and can take detailed survey information while simultaneously transmitting that data back to the head office.
